Lucky Hunter: Auto Battler User Agreement

Welcome to Lucky Hunter: Auto Battler (hereinafter referred to as "the Game" or "the Service"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the individual developer of the Game (hereinafter referred to as "Developer" or "I"). Please read and understand all terms carefully. Your access, download, installation, registration, or use of the Service shall constitute your acceptance of all terms herein. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.

 

  1. Definitions and Scope of Application

1.1 Service means the Lucky Hunter: Auto Battler game client (including mobile, PC versions, etc.), related software, online services, and other derivative services provided by the Developer (collectively referred to as "the Service").
1.2 These Terms apply to all Users of the Service, including guest users, registered users, and any other entities using the Service by any means.

  1. Account Registration and Management

2.1 You must register an account ("Game Account") through official designated channels and provide true, accurate, and complete registration information (including but not limited to contact details). You shall promptly update such information if changed. Any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information shall be borne by you.
2.2 The ownership of the Game Account belongs to the Developer. You are granted only the right to use the Account, which shall not be transferred, gifted, inherited, or lent to any third party without the Developer's prior written consent.
2.3 You represent and warrant that you have reached the legal age of majority (18 years old). If you are under 18, you must use the Service with the consent and guidance of your parent or legal guardian, who shall read and agree to these Terms and assume joint liability for your usage.
2.4 You shall keep your account information (including username, password, verification code, etc.) secure and shall not disclose it to any third party. You shall be liable for any activities conducted through your Account due to improper security measures. The Developer reserves the right to verify abnormal account activities and may suspend or restrict Account usage if necessary.

  1. User Conduct Rules

3.1 You shall comply with laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and your jurisdiction. The Service shall be used solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, and not for any illegal activities (including but not limited to gambling, spreading illegal information, fraud, etc.).
3.2 You shall not engage in the following acts. Otherwise, the Developer may restrict account functions, suspend or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice, and shall not be liable therefor:
(a) Using cheats, scripts, hacks to interfere with game fairness, or disrupting game order through score farming, item duplication, malicious teaming, etc.;
(b) Copying, distributing, modifying the Service's code, images, audio, text, or reverse-engineering, decompiling, or cracking the Service without permission;
(c) Spreading obscene, violent, hateful, discriminatory content, or infringing on others' reputation, privacy, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights;
(d) Conducting cyber security threats through the Service (e.g., implanting viruses, Trojans, attacking servers);
(e) Impersonating the Developer or other users, or misleading others by any means;
(f) Other acts violating these Terms or reasonable rules set by the Developer.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All content of the Service (including but not limited to game programs, images, text, audio, video, items, characters, trademarks, logos) is owned by the Developer, including all intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, etc.).
4.2 The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and run the Game on your device, and use related content within the scope permitted by these Terms and laws.
4.3 You shall not copy, distribute, adapt, translate, rent, sell any content of the Service, or engage in intellectual property infringement. You shall bear full legal liability for such acts.

  1. Refund Policy

5.1 Unless required by law or agreed herein, no refunds shall be provided for completed payment orders (including but not limited to in-game purchases, subscriptions).
5.2 For purchases made through third-party app stores (e.g., Google Play, Apple Store), refund requests shall follow the store's official policies:
(a) For Google Play payments: Submit refund requests to Google. Refund results are subject to Google's decision;
(b) For Apple Store payments: Contact Apple Customer Service for refunds. Refund results are subject to Apple's decision.
5.3 The Developer reserves the right to refuse refund requests arising from your violation of these Terms, legal violations, or service issues not caused by the Developer's fault.

  1. Modification, Interruption, and Termination of Service

6.1 Due to limited resources as an individual developer, the Developer may adjust Service content (including but not limited to game updates, feature changes, pricing adjustments) as needed, with notifications via in-game announcements.
6.2 If you violate these Terms or laws, the Developer may restrict account functions, suspend or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice and shall not be liable therefor.
6.3 You may request account deletion via official channels. Upon deletion, you will lose access to the Account, and all data (items, points, etc.) may be erased. You shall bear the consequences.
6.4 The Developer shall endeavor to minimize disruptions caused by limited individual development capacity, maintenance needs, third-party service failures, or force majeure but shall not be liable for such interruptions.

  1. Disclaimer
    7.1 The Service is provided "as is." The Developer does not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted service or that content will fully meet your expectations. Due to limited individual development capacity, not all service issues may be resolved promptly. Your understanding is appreciated.
    7.2 The Developer shall not be liable for service disruptions or user losses caused by force majeure (earthquakes, fires, wars, policy changes) or third parties (network failures, app store policy changes).
    7.3 Disputes between you and third parties arising from Service use shall be resolved by you. The Developer shall not be jointly liable.
    7.4 You shall bear all losses (including but not limited to the Developer's losses, third-party claims) resulting from your violation of these Terms or laws.

  2. Modification and Notification of Terms

8.1 The Developer may revise these Terms as needed or due to legal changes, with updated versions published via in-game announcements.
8.2 Revised Terms shall take effect upon publication (unless specified otherwise). Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms; otherwise, you must cease use immediately.

  1. Protection of Personal Information

The Developer values your personal information protection and will process your information in accordance with laws, regulations, and reasonable principles. Your use of the Service constitutes consent to such processing within necessary scope.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws rules).
10.2 Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the Developer's location.

Lucky Hunter: Auto Battler is a casual game that integrates card construction and strategy battle. The developer is committed to providing players with an interesting game experience. Due to the limited personal energy, they will try their best to maintain and optimize game services.
